24/7 FLM on-call duty (First Line Maintanance)
The 24/7 FLM on-call duty is in stand by 24 hours a day and 7 days per week for backup and insets on site. After the client´s order the on-call duty solves the problem on location. Following actions have to be done by the on-call duty:
- hardware replacement (exchange of modules)
- reset of the system
- optical measurement at the system (level measurements)
Upon completion our on-call duty reports to the client.
8/5 SLM on-call duty (Second Line Maintanance)
“The 8/5 SLM on-call duty” is the add-on of our helpdesk and the remote diagnosis. “This 8/5 SLM on-call duty” cannot be ordered separately.
One of Quante´s service technician will undertake a problem analysis or rather a problem abolishment on location.
Insets on site are continued with our service until the breakdown is over respectively the system is up again.

Except for the following points, the “24/7 SLM on-call duty” equals the above mentioned “8/5 SLM on-call duty” services:
SLM-insets can be asked for 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
