Furthermore this process simplifies the repair arrangement as the client does not have to give a repair instruction and to check the invoice afterwards.

8/5 Hardware fast exchange

In line with the hardware fast exchange a failed module will be replaced by an appropriate module. This exchange-service will be done by the client´s  specialized staff.

24/7 Hardware fast exchange

Premise for the assignment of a “24/7 hardware fast exchange” is the assignment of the 24/7 helpdesk.

The benefits of the “24/7 hardware fast exchange” comply with the points of the “8/5 hardware fast exchange” except for following points:

The modules which have to be changed can be requested 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The consignment of the module will take place not later than the following day. In urgent cases the consignment can take place within 24 hours after the order of the client.
