Helpdesk

The helpdesk enables a permanent telephone contact between the client and the service technicians of Quante Netzwerke GmbH. (The service technicians support the clients via telephone). Through that it is guaranteed that there is a permanent availability of staff at Quante for fault repair, technical questions e.g.

Remote diagnosis

Within the remote diagnosis we are able to log on your network to find, analyse and where required eliminate the fault. Certainly we just log on the client’s network if he affirms the action.

Software Support

- Software update:
In the context of service support service software corrections will be undertaken to repair the fault and to make sure that all product attributes which are mentioned in the systems manual will be fulfilled.

-New software version:
After the publishment of a new software this software will be available for the client. If the hardware needs an enlargement or modification the client will get an offer from Quante Netzwerke.

The delivery of the new software takes place when the client decides to implement the new software in his network. The software implemtenation is the work of the client´s personnel.
